Metritá is a small, independent, whole-of-market financial advice firm based in Suffolk. We take on very few new team members, but when we do, we look for people who share our approach: client-first, honest, and in it for the long term.

Recommendations that suit the client rather than the firm. If we can't add value, we say so. The people who work with us tend to genuinely enjoy that part of the job.
Good financial planning is skilled work. We support ongoing qualifications and CPD, and we expect the quality of your written work and analysis to reflect that.
Our client relationships often span decades. Team relationships need to as well. We're a small firm — every hire matters.
We're open to hearing from qualified IFAs (Diploma or above) with existing client relationships or the ability to build them. Support with 2plan systems, compliance and administration. Genuinely good working environment.
Detailed research and report-writing role supporting our advisers. Diploma-qualified or working towards it. Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, and tax an advantage. Hybrid working available.
Client-facing administration role handling new business submissions, ongoing servicing, and general office coordination. Financial services experience an advantage but not essential. Full training given.
