What we believe
Good financial planning starts with understanding, not products. Before we recommend anything, we take the time to understand where you are, where you want to get to, and what you're actually worried about. Everything else follows from that.
We're independent because that's the only way to give advice that puts the client first. We're whole-of-market because good products come from many places, not just one panel. We're transparent about fees because trust starts with knowing exactly what things cost. And we're local — most of our clients are within an hour's drive of our office in Bury St Edmunds — because financial advice is better face to face, over time.

How we work
Free initial consultation
Usually an hour, in person or by video call. We listen, ask questions, and give you an honest view of whether we can help. No charge, no obligation.
Fact-find and analysis
If it makes sense to proceed, we gather the detail we need — income, assets, existing arrangements, goals, attitude to risk — and produce a proper analysis of your position.
Written recommendations
We put our recommendations in writing, in plain English, explaining what we suggest, why, what it costs, and what the alternatives were.
Implementation
If you decide to go ahead, we handle the paperwork and coordinate with providers to get your plan in place.
Ongoing service
Most clients choose to work with us on an ongoing basis — annual reviews, direct access between meetings, and a plan that stays current as your circumstances and the rules change.
